Technology being what it is, we know that sometimes our customers do not receive the items they were supposed to receive, or maybe they have questions about claiming complimentary wash certificates, Club Bubb birthday washes (hint, hint, good idea for those not yet enrolled), or other various assorted issues.

Therefore, in an effort to better serve you and allow you the ability to help yourself, we have created this page but first, a couple of disclaimers

• In order to make sure that you receive items, notices, specials, emails from us, you MUST add mrbubbles@bubblescarwash.com, admin@bubblescarwash.com and administrator@bubblescarwash.com to your ALLOWED SENDERS LIST or WHITE LIST. Better yet, if you have the ability, just add all addresses from the domain bubblescarwash.com to this allowed list. Some programs (especially Outlook) allow you to add *@bubblescarwash.com to the list which would allow you to get mail from anyone (even me) at Bubbles.

• YAHOO mail users we tend to have some technical issues with Yahoo accounts taking a long time to deliver our email. We think (we cannot prove) that they are opening the emails and stealing the FREE CAR WASHES but again, we can't prove this! Please allow 48 hours for your Yahoo account to clear our email.
